The Art of brunch
Creating the magic of the season
CREATIVE WORKSHOP & SUNDAY BRUNCH
In Provence, where the light softens every color, Crillon le Brave invites you to celebrate the art of floral design alongside Nicole Marcoe, an American florist and founder of Nicole Renee Flowers.
Recently settled in the Vaucluse, she works closely with local blooms, hand‑selecting them to create ephemeral compositions inspired by the poetry of nature.
Her workshops, designed as gentle sensory interludes, offer a space where sharing meets attentiveness and creativity. Each participant leaves with their own creation : a piece of nature shaped in the calm of a Provençal morning.
Creating the magic of the season
When the first cold days settle over the village, the workshop takes on warm and festive tones. Nicole guides participants in crafting a natural, poetic wreath designed to decorate your home or become a delicate gift. Botanical textures, resinous scents, precise gestures… The workshop draws inspiration from the gentle Provençal winter. All materials are provided, allowing everyone to imagine a creation that reflects their style and extends the magic of the holidays.
About Nicole Marcoe
A florist for more than fifteen years, Nicole built her career between the East and West Coasts of the United States before settling in Provence to pursue a dream: creating floral compositions that converse with the landscape. Exhibited at the De Young Museum in San Francisco, she approaches each creation as an ephemeral work of art : designed to share a message, an emotion, a breath of nature.
