Le Brave

A new story

The Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Luberon… It was love at first sight for the Pariente family on their first visit to Crillon le Brave. Emotion provides the initial impetus for all projects, calling them towards a unique experience.

Get away from it all at a wonderful,
timeless refuge

In the middle of Vaucluse, Crillon Le Brave is situated away from the hustle and bustle that takes over the region every season. A splendid 5-star hide-away reserved for people seeking to disconnect from the urban frenzy to reconnect with themselves, in a natural and authentic environment.

First view, first emotions: captivatingly beautiful landscapes, the white stone building stands at the very top of the village, exuding an atmosphere of charm and elegance.

Around the church, a splendid maze of 17th and 18th century buildings, covered in Virginia creeper, reveals a secret passage here, a breath-taking panoramic terrace there. The hotel consists of around ten ancient houses. In the middle, an age-old olive tree proudly stands guard...

At Crillon le Brave, the Hotel literally blends in with the décor. It is more than a concept; it is a luxurious heritage. It is more than a destination; it is a private refuge.

Rooms & Suites

The ultimate refinement

In the 16 rooms and 18 suites, the ancient red terracotta tiles typical of Provence contrast with a warm, but discreet, decoration. Linen is omnipresent, the colours are in natural half-tones, the plaids are cosy, the fabrics soft...A clear and bright atmosphere reigns, encouraging rest and luxury relaxation.

The decorator Charles Zana

In spring 2017, the Pariente family imagined telling a new story through this destination. The architect and designer, Charles Zana gives a new style to the hotel's common areas, as well as to the suites and rooms, all in keeping with the cachet and the identity of the place. The restaurants and bars were thus decorated in a style bringing together the traditional codes of Provence and modernity.

For the family, the ambition was to go even further and to make this exceptional address a reference of French art de vivre for modern lovers of beauty from all over the world.

The restaurants

Adrien Brunet, Crillon le Brave’s new Chef, serves you La Provence on a platter in our two restaurants.

La Madeleine our gourmet restaurant offers refined cuisine featuring the finest local products, an invitation to discover an exceptional heritage of diversity and generosity.

From breakfast to dinner, La Table du Ventoux is the beating heart of the hotel, a place where people meet and can enjoy authentic, local and tasty cuisine.

A place far from it all, cut off from the world… In the former vaulted stone stables dating back to the 18th century, huge bouquets of lavender have taken the place of the feeding troughs made of restored stone. Under the monumental arches, the Crillon white stone makes the atmosphere especially calm, a cosy and muted setting that is more than perfect for completely unwinding. Away from the noises outside and the daylight, Spa des Ecuries has everything to soothe over-exerted bodies and minds.

In this protected sanctuary, three rooms, including one double, allow you to take full advantage of the treatment rituals. Entirely adapted to the personal needs of each individual, the face and body treatments use the active ingredients of organic plant extracts and essential oils. All of nature's restorative powers work in synergy with the expertise of the spa therapists to rekindle your health.
