Thomas Lesage always puts Provence in the spotlight, with his bistronomic cuisine, based on the best local produce.

For the 2024 season, La Table du Ventoux and its panoramic terrace are proposing again a convivial cuisine at lunchtime. On the menu: sharing dishes with Provençal accents, from noon until 3pm, non-stop. A way to encourage families, tribes, friends to play extra time at the table, in an unfussy atmosphere, between "Sunday lunch" and "holiday meal", where late risers are also welcome.

For dinner, Chef Thomas Lesage reinvents his bistronomic menu. Creative and contemporary, it draws on the best of the South of France - from the Vaucluse lands to the Mediterranean basin. Throughout the year, local and seasonal products are given pride of place, such as fresh vegetables from the market, goat's cheese from the Ventoux, rice from the Camargue, poultry from Mazan and strawberries from Carpentras. 

As for the barbecues and planchas, they give pride of place to lamb from the Alpilles and pork from Ventoux.

The Chef
Thomas Lesage

From an early age, Thomas Lesage was immersed in a culinary environment, growing up in the family hotel-restaurant in Brittany where he quickly learned to cook to help his parents. His cuisine is inspired by the joys of family gatherings around the table and his passion for nature.

Chef Thomas Lesage also draws his inspiration from the diverse culinary cultures he has discovered on his travels, particularly in Latin America. His cuisine is conceived as a tribute to the richness of the cultures he has explored, making each dish an authentic and creative expression of local treasures. 

At the Hotel Crillon le Brave, you only have to look around for inspiration. For him, this exceptional location offers the perfect balance between high standards and freedom to experiment.

Bar

On the ground floor of the Maison Roche, the oldest house in the hotel, the Bar is the perfect place to relax in a calm and intimate atmosphere, while enjoying a cigar or pastis, a typical tradition of Provence. With its new decor that is both cosy and elegant, the entirely vaulted space has been recently renovated for even more comfort.

On a fine evening, watch the setting sun from our panoramic terrace and let yourself be carried away by the mildness of the early evening in the Vaucluse.

Breakfast

For breakfast, a sumptuous Provençal buffet is served every morning at La Table du Ventoux. Comfortably installed under the large glass roof or on the panoramic terrace, watch the first rays of the sun illuminate the majestic Mont Ventoux and the surrounding countryside. Listen to the song of the cicadas and the church bell which will commence your day. Quietly, enjoy the smell of hot coffee, while savouring homemade pastries and freshly baked breads (the Nyons olive bread is already a classic), fresh fruits of all colours, gluten-free and lactose-free specialities...

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Free up to 3 years old, 20 euros per child from 4 to 10 years old and 40 euros per person from 11 years old.

The Brunch

On Sundays, don't miss the convivial moment of the buffet brunch, an institution at Crillon le Brave. The opportunity to taste local products and elsewhere, thanks to our generous menu which is full of sweet and savoury delicacies with many dishes to share: focaccia, marinated meats and fish grilled on the outdoor plancha, fresh salads, regional cheeses , dessert buffet…

Two services are proposed, 11.30AM and 1.30PM.
