Adrien Brunet always puts Provence in the spotlight, this time in a bistronomic version, with a shared cuisine, always based on the best of local products.
For this 2023 season, La Table du Ventoux and its panoramic terrace are opening up to a more convivial cuisine at lunchtime. On the menu: sharing dishes with Provençal accents, from noon until 5pm, non-stop. A way to encourage families, tribes, friends to play extra time at the table, in an unfussy atmosphere, between "Sunday lunch" and "holiday meal", where late risers are also welcome.
At dinner, return to a more classic bistronomic menu, where Chef Adrien Brunet draws on the best of the South of France - from the Vaucluse lands to the Mediterranean basin, with Cavaillon melon, green asparagus from Mazan, pissaladière, Marseille panisse or other vegetable tian.
As for the barbecues and planchas, they give pride of place to lamb from the Alpilles and pork from Ventoux.
