Restaurant La Table du Ventoux is at the heart of Hotel Crillon le Brave’s culinary offering. No visit to the hotel would be complete without an evening meal on the main terraces of the hotel or in its vaulted dining room.

The Restaurant is open every evening and dinner is served from 19h15 to 21h30. A more informal lunch is served in Bar La Grange every afternoon.

The principal menus are the four-course Menu de Saison, the seven-course Menu du Chef tasting menu, and each month, Jérôme creates a further menu dedicated specifically to the produce most perfectly in season at that time. The wine list focuses on wines from the Rhône Valley and Provence and includes excellent local Ventoux vintages as well as some of the finest old bottles of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and further afield, Côte Rôtie and other gems from the northern Rhône.
