Hotel Crillon Le Brave is very pleased to announce its reopening on 22nd April. In the heart of the Vaucluse our 5 star hidden gem, blooms at the dawn of spring to reveal its charms : an exterior pool overlooking endless vineyards, a flamboyant garden, and panoramic terraces with a clear view of Mont Ventoux. Our new Hotel Chef Adrien Brunet and our Chef Barman Julien Andrieu are offering daring hedonisitic experiences.

Secret Rooftop facing Mont Ventoux

The 16 rooms and 18 suites of the hotel are nestled within 17th- and 18th-century buildings of a Provencal village. Most of them have unobstructed views from their balconies where you can admire vines and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see in an idyllic scene and completely unspoilt landscape. All day long, you can enjoy the outdoor heated pool while daydraming and admiring the sights.

Provence in flagrant delights

Adrien Brunet, the new Chef of Crillon le Brave, offers us Provence on a platter in our two restaurants. He pays tribute to the local region by sourcing fresh, local produce and providing a refined dining experience with tantalising tastes inspired by Provence.

At La Madeleine, the Green Asparagus of Mazan dialogues with a fresh goat cheese raviole and a light aioli, the Oyster from the Etang de Thau is savoured hot and cold with an aniseed potato soup...  For la Table du Ventoux, Our bistronomic restaurant, The Melon of Cavaillon is cut like a flower and accompanied by a jelly of Beaumes de Venise muscatel.

The menus are refreshed every day depending on what is available from the farmers market and the dishes are enriched by herbs which have been hand-picked from the herb-garden above the swimming pool. Chef Adrien Brunet illustrates a perfect technical virtuosity, combined with a concern for simplicity.

Our new outdoor bar allows our guests to enjoy the panoramic views of Mont Ventoux and Vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. During the day it is the perfect spot to sip the signature cocktail created by Chef Barman Julien Andrieu : Lou Papé à la Suze, served with fresh apricots.
