The menu of our gourmet restaurant is sublimated by refined products, cooked in a mediterranean spirit. Our Chef Julien Marseault takes you on a journey between the authenticity of Provence and his native Brittany.
His elegant, graphic dishes display superior technical skill, bringing out the best in the ingredients. His inspirations comes directly from the market and the terroir of Vaucluse. He also admits to a particular fondness for scallops and game. His signature dish "Blue lobster from Brittany, nectarine from Comtat Venaissin, smoked beef and young shoots of purslane" appears every season, as does his "Blown sugar and stawberry from Carpentras" dessert.
The gastronomic restaurant will reopen on May 14th 2019.
