There are four dining options when eating in the Restaurant Jérôme Blanchet. The most popular is our Menu de Saison at €69 per person and includes plenty of choice on each of the main four courses: starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Guests wishing to have only one or two courses may choose the à la carte option; individual dish prices are shown on the menu.

A further option is the Menu du Chef at €95 per person (served up to 9pm and for the entire table), a 7-course version of the Menu de Saison with Jérôme selecting his favourite dishes on the evening.

And finally, the Menu du Mois, conceived each month by Jérôme, celebrates one seasonal ingredient … for example: truffles, asparagus, mushrooms.  Prices vary according to the produce used. For this month's menu, click here
