Truffles from the Ventoux forests, olives from Nyons, strawberries from Carpentras, melons from Cavaillon, goat’s cheese from nearby Modène ... in any season, our talented chef Jérôme Blanchet and his team will create the perfect occasion for exploring and celebrating Provence’s rich abundance.
On arrival, there will be a chilled bottle of Billecart-Salmon champagne and a selection of small regional delicacies waiting in your room. In the evening, Restaurant Jérôme Blanchet will prepare a seven course tasting menu for you and sommelier Benoit Liebus and his team will choose from the 700 wines in our cellar to find the perfect accompaniment for your meal.
Enjoy your evening in the beautiful stone vaulted dining room or, in good weather, on the panoramic terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and the vineyards and olive groves of Provence.
If you book a master suite, you can enjoy a candlelit dinner in your room or on your private terrace.
