There are three dining options when eating in the Restaurant Jérôme Blanchet. The most popular is our Menu de Saison at €65 per person and includes choices on each of the main four courses: starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Guests wishing to have only one or two courses may choose the à la carte option; individual dish prices are shown on the menu.
A further option is the Menu du Chef at €95 per person (served up to 9pm and for the entire table), a 7-course version of the Menu de Saison with Jérôme selecting his favourite dishes on the evening.
