cooking school

Each year, we run fantastic hands-on cooking programmes in October that are open to aspiring chefs of all levels.

Five half-day cooking classes in the Hotel’s restaurant kitchen are conducted in English by Chef Philippe Monti and other Provençal chefs.

Each programme has a maximum of 8 participants. Cooking in pairs, each team prepares all dishes in a complete menu every day.

Truffle hunting, wine tastings, visits to village markets and to the studios of Provence's best artisans are also part of the programme.
