Food and Wine

Many of our guests stay with us for three or four nights and appreciate the opportunity to have a variety of different restaurant experiences. This usually starts with a great dinner in our main Restaurant Jérôme Blanchet, either in the magnificent stone vaulted dining room or, weather permitting, on our spectacular terraces overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of Provence. Whichever the location, dinner will be prepared by our talented young chef Jérôme Blanchet and his team.

Another dinner option, most nights in the busier months, is our Bistrot 40K, a rustic celebration of food and wine produced within 40 kilometres of Crillon le Brave. Manager Benjamin Ruggiero is passionate about seasonal and local produce and the very talented farmers, vignerons and artisans who deliver to our kitchen door each day.  For a relaxed evening in a perfect setting, do try Bistrot 40K one of the nights of your stay.

Breakfast and lunch are served  in La Grange or on the terraces, and our Grange Bar and Terrace Ventoux are popular places for the unhurried contemplation of Mont Ventoux and the view out over the Provençal  landscape. From the early hours to late at night, the Grange is the place for sustenance and the strategic beating heart of the buildings, alleyways and courtyards that make up our Provençal retreat.
